Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders from Healy Wellness Inc. are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary based on location.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping: Healy Wellness Inc. now offers international shipping!

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days (estimated, may vary based on location)

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Healy Wellness Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Healy Wellness Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy: Healy Wellness Inc. offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Returns are accepted on unused, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.
